Kristina Rustin is a results-driven professional with exceptional leadership skills and 25 years of experience managing operational activities, finance, facilities, and IT in growth and high transaction volume environments encompassing the Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance industries. Kristina's diversified skill-set and a proven track record of demonstrated success in performance measurement, business re-engineering, problem resolution, financial/metric analysis, project management, customer service, and staff leadership/development have empowered ATR's growth and development as a best-in-class service provider.

A life-long achiever and seeker of knowledge, Kristina finished High-School years ahead of her classmates and graduated from the University of Tampa with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting degree prior to her 20th birthday.

In her free time, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and their two dogs. They are likely to be found out on the water, boating or fishing. She also likes gardening and is a talented artist.

Scott Usnick

Chief Information Officer

Scott joined ATR in 2004 working in the payoffs department where he was quickly promoted into management. Scott was instrumental in creating many of the departments and procedures still used to this day. After the real estate market crash in 2007, Scott was one of 5 people remaining, that helped to rebuild the company with updated technology stacks. While he excelled at his primary duties, Scott tirelessly worked to update the company systems, and wrote custom software to move ATR forward. After being promoted to Chief Information Officer, Scott has developed relationships with many our service providers and clients, working to bring integration to the forefront of our business. Some of his accomplishments are as follows:

  • Software and Systems Engineering
  • Creation of Policies & Procedures
  • Implementation of GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) for a successful SOC II audit

When not working, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and nature.

Brie Jones

Brie Jones

Director of Special Projects and Operations Advisor

Brie entered the title industry in 2001 with Nationwide Title Clearing. She then transitioned to Transcontinental Title Company (TCT), starting as an examiner and quickly rising to team leader for Texas, Western Alliance, property taxes, and vacant land purchases. When TCT merged with First American, Brie continued her work with Texas properties, expanding her expertise to Real Estate Owned (REO) properties and contributing to the offshore support department.

In 2009, after the birth of her daughter Katya, Brie sought a change from the corporate environment and joined ATR. At ATR, she began in abstract quality control before moving into abstract searching. Her versatility and commitment have seen her develop new products in abstract and tax, ensure tax certificate quality control, assist with Pennsylvania tax certificates, and excel in client relations and onboarding new clients. Outside of her professional career, Brie is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers and serves on the board of her children's swim team, a 501(c)(3) organization, and works with USA Swimming as an official and admin official. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, including their dog, five lizards, and hedgehog. Brie also loves playing board games, going to the beach, visiting amusement parks, cooking, and reading. Brie thrives on creating opportunities and making the most of every moment. Her dynamic spirit inspires those around her.

Brian began his journey with ATR in 2017 as a data entry clerk in the tax department. His unwavering dedication and relentless drive to enhance departmental efficiency quickly set him apart. Recognizing his talents, ATR promoted Brian to Tax Manager, where he streamlined processes and significantly improved productivity. His in-depth knowledge of the company and its operations, coupled with his strategic insights, led to his promotion to Operations Manager. In this role, Brian's comprehensive understanding of ATR's inner workings proved invaluable. His exceptional social skills and keen eye for catchy phrases and innovative designs then propelled him to the role of Director of Marketing and Operations Manager. Here, he seamlessly blends his operational expertise with marketing acumen, driving brand growth and operational excellence. Brian's journey at ATR is a testament to his versatility, leadership, and commitment to making the company thrive. On the weekends you'll find Brian out fishing the Gulf or relaxing with his wife Alycia and their dachshunds.
